The original multi level deck wasn’t up to the customers needs and it was becoming a major safety issue. We had to rebuild from scratch. There was no saving of the structure. Now the deck has a large main entertaining area with a gazebo and glass panelling. The lower fenced in area is used for growing plants and gardens. It also keeps the dogs from getting out.

This short-term rental located in Hubbards, Nova Scotia had an old unused garage in the back of their two oceanfront units. To maximize space available to guests, this space was converted into a fitness center with infrared sauna, gym equipment, washer & dryer, and full bathroom. Now guests have another space to enjoy while staying at Fox Point Shore Rentals.

This house had 2 smaller decks with an unused yard. We redesigned the new deck to wrap around the house. This gave a larger entertainment area above. The lower area was excavated and covered with large paving stones to create a beautiful yard.
