The original multi level deck wasn’t up to the customers needs and it was becoming a major safety issue. We had to rebuild from scratch. There was no saving of the structure. Now the deck has a large main entertaining area with a gazebo and glass panelling. The lower fenced in area is used for growing plants and gardens. It also keeps the dogs from getting out.

To maximize space available to guests, this space was converted into a fitness center with infrared sauna, gym equipment, washer & dryer, and full bathroom. Now guests have another space to enjoy while staying at Fox Point Shore Rentals.
